Welcome Vendors

Welcome to the Vendor Department of the Columbia County Fair & Rodeo!

The Vendor Department designs the programming and layout strategy for the Fair & Rodeo and coordinates individual vendor placement.

The Fair Board prides itself in having a high rate of vendor retention, we are continually searching for professional vendors who present new and unique products along with food concessionaires that offer a diverse food selection for our fair-goers.

We are especially interested in increasing our showing of regional artisan products.

To be considered for the Columbia County Fair & Rodeo 2018 please access the application below. All applications with payment are due by June 1st, if we do not have your application with payment you will not be qualified to be a vendor at this years fair.

FOOD AND SPECIAL ATTRACTION VENDORS:
*(those who charge money for participation)

For Profits: 20% of Gross Sales after booth rental fee deducted
Non-Profits: 15% of Gross Sales after booth rental fee deducted

10' X 20' = $200.00

15' X 20' = $275.00

20' X 20' = $350.00

25' X 20' = $425.00
30' X 20' = $500.00

NON-FOOD VENDORS:
Outside spaces, vendors must provide own structure

10'X 10' = $175.00

20' X 10' = $250.00

30' X 10' = $325.00
