A Non-Refundable Reservation Fee max of $200.00 is required for all facility rentals at the time of the reservation to hold your spot and is INCLUDED in the total Usage Cost. (*below)

Damage / Security Deposits are required for any rental.
Max $1,400.00 Damage/Security Deposit *(see below for refund information)
60 Day Cancellation Policy: Rental Fees will not be refunded for cancellations less than 60 days.
Event Insurance of $2 Million Aggregate ($2,000,000.00) per event as required by Columbia County, Oregon. The Fairgrounds will retain the certificate until the event is done and keys are returned.
- Must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Columbia County, The Columbia County Fair Board, their officers, agents and employees as Certificate Holders.
Damage/Security Deposit Refund: is refunded at 80% to cover cleaning unless damage and extensive cleaning are present. *Refer to Usage Agreement and Permit
All Usage Fees are can be paid by check until 30 days BEFORE event unless other arrangements have been made.
Any payments made within 30 days of event must be paid for in cash only.
Balance can be paid when picking up the Keys (Cash Only)
Keys must be picked up between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday and returned on the next Business Day after the event, at which time, Cleaning Check Out list will be completed by Fairgrounds Staff. Insurance Certificate will be returned.
All Refund of Damage/Security, deposit will be sent 30 days after close of the Event. *See Usage Agreement and Permit*
