2020 Vendors

Welcome Vendors

Welcome to the Vendor Department of the Columbia County Fair & Rodeo!

The Vendor Department designs the programming and layout strategy for the Fair & Rodeo and coordinates individual vendor placement.

The Fair Board prides itself in having a high rate of vendor retention, we are continually searching for professional vendors who present new and unique products along with food concessionaires that offer a diverse food selection for our fair-goers.

We are especially interested in increasing our showing of regional artisan products.

To be considered for the 2020 Columbia County Fair & Rodeo please access the preregistration form below. All preregistration will be reviewed by the vendor coordinator, and upon approval, agreement(to be posted at a later date), payment, and insurance are due no later than June 1st, 2020.

Vendor Pricing

*those who charge money for participation

Food: 20% of Gross Sales after booth rental fee deducted
Non-Profits/Special Attactions: 15% of Gross Sales after booth rental fee deducted

$400.00 Deposit with dimensions of your booth.

Commercial and *Information* VENDORS:
Outside spaces, vendors must provide own structure
*those who are only presenting information, not selling any kind of product

10'X 10' = $195.00

20' X 10' = $270.00

30' X 10' = $345.00

20' X 20' =$420.00

Corner Space= +$50.00
