2021 Vendors

Welcome Vendors

Welcome to the Vendor Department of the Columbia County Fair & Rodeo!

As vendor Coordinator, I will start accepting requests for consideration of rental spaces for the 2021 fair on January 1st, 2021.
The Commercial vendors are generally on a first come first served basis. The food vendors are at the vendor coordinators discretion.
I will be accepting email, phone, mail or in person contact. Since written responses are easier to track, it is highly recommended.

Due to the uncertainty of COVID, I will be posting contracts at a later date. If you have any questions, please contact the fair office at 503-397-4231, or email fairoffice@columbiacountyfairgrounds.com

Vendor Pricing

FOOD AND *SPECIAL ATTRACTION* VENDORS:
*those who charge money for participation

Food: 20% of Gross Sales after booth rental fee deducted
Non-Profits/Special Attactions: 15% of Gross Sales after booth rental fee deducted

$400.00 Deposit with dimensions of your booth.

Commercial and *Information* VENDORS:
Outside spaces, vendors must provide own structure
*those who are only presenting information, not selling any kind of product

10'X 10' = $195.00

20' X 10' = $270.00

30' X 10' = $345.00

20' X 20' =$420.00

Corner Space= +$50.00
