for the 2025 Season. All spaces are committed for this season. We will begin accepting applications for next year's 2026 Fair and Rodeo beginning January, 2026. Check back for added information.

Insurance
How do I get vendor insurance?
Contact your personal/local insurance agent. If they can not help you they should be able to direct you to an insurance company who can.
Is insurance expensive?
It is usually reasonably priced. (~$100.00) if you go through your personal agent.

WHAT IS A COMMERCIAL VENDOR?
A Commercial Vendor is a vendor that sells, promotes, displays or provides information for fairgoers that is neither food Vendor nor a special attraction Vendor.
WHAT IS A FOOD/SPECIAL ATTRACTION VENDOR?
Food Vendor:
Vendor that serves food or beverages.
Special Attraction:
Vendor that provides activities for fairgoer participation.
What is a Non-Profit Vendor?
This means an organization exempt from taxation under 26 USC 501(c)(3) or similar groups organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes, to foster amateur sports competition, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals. To qualify as a Non-profit the organizations revenues that exceed expenses must be committed to the organization's purpose and not be paid out to private parties
Applications for both types of vendors will start being accepted January 2025.
