Rental Rates and Availability

To find out if we have availability for your special event, please call the Fair Office, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-3pm, OR fill out the request form below.

A Non-Refundable Reservation Fee $500 (Refundable Damage Deposit) is required for all facility rentals at the time of the reservation to hold your spot and is INCLUDED in the total Usage Cost. (*below)
Daily Usage Cost includes: *Varies by facility
    • Daily Rental Fee
    • Non-refundable cleaning fee
    • Damage Deposit (fully refundable) if no damage during rental

60 Day Cancellation Policy: Rental Fees will not be refunded for cancellations less than 60 days.

Event Insurance of $2 Million Aggregate ($2,000,000.00) per event as required by Columbia County, Oregon. The Fairgrounds will retain the certificate until the event is done and keys are returned.

  • Must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Columbia County, The Columbia County Fair Board, their officers, agents and employees as Certificate Holders.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: is fully refunded, unless damage is present. *Refer to Usage Agreement and Permit

All Usage Fees can be paid by check until 60 days BEFORE event unless other arrangements have been made.

Any payments made within 60 days of event must be paid for in cash only.
Balance can be paid when picking up the Keys (Cash Only - Exact Payment Please)
Keys must be picked up between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday and returned on the next Business Day after the event, at which time, a walk through-Cleaning Check Out list will be completed by Fairgrounds Staff and renter.
All Refund deposits will be sent 30 days after close of the Event. *See Usage Agreement and Permit*
**Fires are not permitted on the property at any time**
