2023 queen Savannah Moore, Is the 20 year old daughter of Rory and Katie Moore of St, Helens. Throughout her life this far She has been involved in many extracurricular activities such as volleyball, track & field, OHSET, Jr. rodeo, and barrel racing. Savannah strives to be dedicated, kind, diligent, and hard-working everyday. She hope’s to inspire future generations to be outgoing and never give up on their dreams.
