2020 Rodeo Court Queen

2021 Columbia County Fair and Rodeo Queen is Jessica Lincoln!

Hi, I’m Jessica Lincoln, a 2020 graduate of Liberty High School. I am currently a student at PCC working on my Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice. I will be studying Fisheries and Wildlife Sciences at Oregon State this fall.

This summer I will complete the 9 year 4-H program, in which my main project area is beef, particularly market steers. I also participated in horse, photography, and leadership. I love to travel and the 4-H program made it happen with a trip to Washington, DC and another to Atlanta, Georgia.

I competed at the varsity level all 4 years of OHSET, qualifying for State each year. I am a gamer: that means my horse and I like to go fast. I also played soccer for my school and ran track. Outside of 4-H and the arena, I enjoy hunting, hiking, boating and basically anything that gets me outdoors!
